What we send: When you opt in, Mind Body Swing may text you about appointment and lesson reminders, scheduling and booking updates, junior program and event information, replies to your questions, and occasional offers.

How you opt in: By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on one of our forms, texting us first, or asking our staff in person to receive texts. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies, typically no more than a few messages per week.

Opting out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You'll get one confirmation message that you've been unsubscribed. Reply START to rejoin.
